Michael Dinkelis is an animator and illustrator residing near Detroit, MI. He contributes to an independent animation studio/collective, Alpha Omega Animation, with his writing and animation skills.
Michael was born in Poltava, Ukraine in 1982. Between ages 8 and 11 Michael attended Poltava Art School, where he studied Drawing, Painting, Composition, and Art History. After 3 years of classical art education Michael immigrated to America.
He recently finished his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Entertainment Arts/Animation at the College for Creative Studies (May 2011.) He is starting his professional life as an animator/illustrator in Southeastern Michigan.
